The current version of the Policy and Procedures Manual was adopted by Association Council on June 1, 2021. Over the past two years, amendments to the manual have been considered and were approved by the Association Council on February 7, 2023.  Changes from the June 21, 2021 version are noted in MS Markup (red).  Please familiarize yourself with this updated document in preparation for voting at the Annual General Meeting.  You can access a copy of the updated Policy and Procedures Manual here.

Please circulate this announcement to your congregation, so that all who are interested may attend. Each member church is entitled to appoint 10 voting delegates. Additionally, all active and retired pastoral staff, missionaries and chaplains are automatically voting delegates. Additional members and adherents of your church may attend as guests, but not vote.
